Our wellbeing is a complex construct of many pillars like physical, mental, emotional health, sleep, hormones, diet and more. By considering all of them and seeing them intertwined and influential to each other we understand the responsibility, but also the opportunity in our daily choices. 

This private health assessment is about understanding and improving these pillars, as well as curating a plan of establishing habits and routines as a foundation for living a deliberate healthy life.

It can be can be a one off conversation to get on the right track, the beginning of your Personal Training journey or a personal designed training program.

Starting Personal Training is a choice of prioritising your health and wellbeing. Our work together builds on findings from your Health Assessment and Body Scan and can develop into either regular training sessions or a personal designed training program.
Based on your preferences our sessions will be a combination of functional strength training, conditioning and Pilates. All sessions include an individual check in, warm up, training, cool down at a total of 45min. (Extension possible)
