PILATES DYNAMIC

In our unique community Pilates classes we cultivate a Pilates experience that allows tuning into our bodies, uncovering and balancing out muscle imbalances, replenishing body awareness and accessing areas that need extra nurture through movement and a renowned deep burn.

Our Pilates sessions focus on dynamic strength through core, glute, leg, back and arm muscles, including a restorative Pilates flow to lengthen, stretch and find more space in our bodies.

All exercises in our classes can be tailored and modified to experience level, pregnancy, injuries and health limitations.

PILATES PRE AND POSTNATAL

Our bodies change tremendously during pregnancy and need at least one year postpartum and lots of support to recover. Our weekly pre and postnatal community class is here for this journey.
It's designed to
~ rebuild deep strength in core, pelvic floor, hips and back
~ regain body awareness
~ realign posture
~ reclaim tone
~ restore energy

During class we also lay our focus on strength of arms and legs to be well adjusted to our growing bubs.
Taking 'me time' in a time of high demand and rapid change is essential to fill your own cup and to give fully without putting your body and mind behind.

All exercises in our classes can be tailored and modified to experience level, pregnancy, injuries and health limitations. Non pre or postnatal peeps are welcome.
