I have done yoga but not a pilates retreat. From start to finish the day was intentional, in a beautiful beach setting, with curated gifts, divine vegetarian food by Yui and teas by Apotheca by Anthia. All the practices from the pilates to the lymphatic massage techniques helped to nourish and ground. Elaine is an amazing pilates teacher and passionate about everything she does.

Elaine is an amazing Pilates instructor!
Her classes are very balanced, with a good mix between mobility and strength exercises. They are also varied and intense, you can actually feel that you've worked out, which is great!
Elaine is a good listener, and she tailors classes to your needs. For example, I have a shoulder injury and she suggested alternative exercises that I could do.
